A member of the Paris Bar, Morgane Michelot acts in employment and commercial litigation as well as in general criminal law and business crime. She joined the firm in January 2025 and advises companies, directors and private individuals in proceedings that may involve several strands of litigation.
Practice and background
She has held positions at the Paris Court of Appeal (*Cour d'appel de Paris*), within the prosecution office specialising in the fight against organised crime, and at the Ministry of Justice, in the Directorate of Criminal Affairs and Pardons (*Direction des affaires criminelles et des grâces*). She has also worked in firms practising in civil litigation and business crime.
She is a graduate of Université Paris II Panthéon-Assas and holds the Master’s degree in “Justice, procès, procédure” (justice, trial and procedure).
