Regulated profession

The firm's lawyers practise under the French title of avocat and are members of the Paris and Marseille bars. The profession is governed in particular by Law No. 71-1130 of 31 December 1971, Decree No. 91-1197 of 27 November 1991, Decree No. 2005-790 of 12 July 2005 and the National Rules of Procedure (RIN) of the French National Bar Council.

Consumer mediation

In accordance with Articles L. 612-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, any consumer client may, in the event of a fee dispute not resolved directly with the firm, refer the matter free of charge to the consumer mediator for the legal profession: Médiateur de la consommation de la profession d'avocat, 180, boulevard Haussmann – 75008 Paris, France, mediateur-consommation-avocat.fr.

Information submitted through the forms

The information entered in the forms is sent to the firm in order to review the request, identify the practice area concerned and allow an initial contact. Mandatory fields are indicated in each form.

This information is intended for the authorised members of the firm and, where necessary for the operation of the service, for its technical providers. It is not sold. It is kept for as long as is necessary to handle the request, and thereafter in accordance with the applicable obligations if a professional relationship is established.

Under the General Data Protection Regulation and the French Data Protection Act (loi Informatique et Libertés), you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to the processing of information concerning you, as well as a right to data portability. Cookies and audience measurement

No cookie is required for this website to work, and nothing is stored in your browser's local storage. A banner lets you accept or decline the advertising measurement cookies described below, in one click and with equal ease either way.

Consent cookie. Whether you accept or decline, your choice is stored in a first-party cookie named cambaceres-consent, set by this website for six months. It holds nothing but that choice, enables no tracking and is shared with no one. Without it, the banner would reappear on every page.

If you accept. The Google Ads tag sets advertising cookies on your device, in particular _gcl_au (about 90 days), _gcl_aw, _gcl_gs and the related conversion cookies.
