A member of the Paris Bar since 2004, Ridha Neffati holds a maîtrise degree in business law and a DEA postgraduate degree in European law. He is also a member of the Tunisian Bar. He acts in international disputes in Europe, the Gulf states, the Maghreb and Africa.
Practice and background
He acts in civil and commercial litigation, arbitration and amicable dispute resolution methods, in particular in international arbitration proceedings before the ICC and in the enforcement of arbitral awards.
He advises French and international companies on their investments and partnership agreements, in particular in the energy, financial services, industrial and distribution sectors.
A registered real estate transactions agent (*mandataire déclaré en transactions immobilières*), he assists his clients with the disposal and acquisition of real estate assets in France and abroad.
He is a partner of the firm Linhold, based in the same offices as Cambacérès Avocats.
