OUR FEES
The first appointment is free of charge if the task is assigned to the firm.
The firm’s fees are adapted according to the financial capacities of our clients, the complexity of the case, the experience and specialisation of the lawyers involved.
Fees are invoiced for the time spent at an hourly rate that can be adjusted from €250 (for individuals) to €450 excluding VAT (for companies and other legal entities) depending on the intervening professional.
Fees are established either on a flat-rate basis or monthly in order to spread the payments over the entire life of the file. Services and fees are systematically subject to a fee agreement to ensure complete transparency.
